How long do
orders usually take? |

Stock items (medium
Oak or anything unfinished) can usually be shipped within 3
to 5 working days. All other orders can take between 5 to 10
working days, depending on the finish. If an order will take
longer that that, we will let you know right away. |

Can I order
Custom heights? |
|
Yes, in most cases. If you choose domestic oak, maple or cherry, we are able to make them in any custom height up to 36". We are somewhat limited with our parawood stools, benches and tables. Please call and talk to us about your wishes. There is an additional charge for custom heights. |

Can I send my
own material? |
|
Yes we can do COM (customers own material). There is an
additional charge for COM. Please call to find out how much
material is needed. |

What is your
shipping method? |
|
We are currently offering free shipping for our products. We usually ship your order via FedEx Ground. We provide you with shipping numbers so you can track your order online. On some larger orders we may use one of many trucking companies. |

Can I get a
memory swivel? |
|
Yes, Memory swivels are standard on all commercial grade
stools. There is an additional charge to put a memory swivel
on a deluxe or promotional grade stool. |

Can I order a
custom stain? |
|
No, we do not do custom stains. We do offer all stools
unfinished, so you could have them stained locally or do it
yourself. |

Can you drop
ship an order? |
|
Yes, we certainly can. And the good news is that there are no additional drop-ship charges. |

What height
stools do I need for my counter? |
|
The general rule is to allow 12" between the top of the
counter and the seat. |

What's the
difference between deluxe and commercial grade? |
|
Commercial grade is a heavier, beefier stool. The commercial
legs are 2" in diameter, whereas the deluxe are 1-1/2" in
diameter. The commercial seats are a 2 ply 13/4" thick by
141/2" diameter. The deluxe seats are a single ply 11/2" think and a 13" diameter. |
